Do we accept and bill Insurance?
Yes, all insurances are billed by our biller. We are in network for blue cross and medicare. Patients with other insurance often have out of network coverage for physical therapy which we will confirm for you.
How long are my first and subsequent visits?
Patients are usually seen for one and half to two hours for the first visit. Then, based on the evaluation follow up visits are one to two hours each. Patients are usually seen one to two times per week depending on acuity.
Do I need a prescription?
No, you do not need a prescription to schedule an appointment and begin physical therapy–unless you have Medicare. Medicare patients do need a prescription to begin physical therapy, and have your plan of care signed off by your doctor.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Patients wishing to pay out of pocket will be handled on a case by case basis. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa/MC, and Discover.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothes and gym shoes are recommended for both manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
