The Manual Touch Physical Therapy
Whole Body Approach
Many of us are finding ourselves in the “second half” of life.
Navigating each of life’s transitions offers many opportunities to engage our strengths and experiences with the intention to move forward with greater meaning, resilience, and joy. I’d like to invite you to a seminar where we will take a look at living well in the second half of life. We’ll offer tips to help you integrate more fully with what is meaningful to you, and to live with greater resilience as you respond to life’s joys and challenges.
This complimentary one-hour seminar is led by Ilene Berns-Zare, PsyD, MS, ACC, a Certified Professional Coach, Psychologist, and Educator. Ilene partners with people going through transitions and changes to help them figure out what truly matters in their personal and professional lives, move past limitations, and take actions to enjoy more meaning, balance, success, and well-being. For more information about Ilene or to view recent newsletters, visit her website or FaceBook page.
