So grateful I had Denise to guide me to improve my core and strength to protect my back from another injury. She carefully looks at each part contributing to the whole, and included strength exercises for my ankles/feet which were adding to my back issues. Her thoughtful pairing of exercises and her app to repeat while at home helps with details you may have missed during the appointment.
